I am Real Estate broker and appraiser. Recently I have been getting request to do property preservation work, most of which I have just referred to vendors. I have decided to take on some of the work myself, specifically several multi-unit buildings with debris, broken windows and a various other problems. I would like to formally get into the preservation services and would like to know how to become a professional in it. Where do I start and is there a mentor out there willing to help/

Hi I am starting to learn Property Preservation in Atylanta do i need a certificate or to have a licenes? Also who do I contact to contract work to do the preservation work here in Atlanta. And is there a price list that I can get to help me know what to charge for the services that we perform?
